In addition to the traditional role of being the breadwinner, modern fathers also have the responsibility of taking care of their children's lives and education, adding extra pressure. When it comes to child care, the focus is often placed on the role of mothers, with relatively less attention given to the education and emotional support of fathers.

DADs Network received funding from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Charity Fund in 2024 to launch the "Embrace Dad, Happy Home" program, which will run for six months. The aim of this program is to enhance the parenting efficacy of local fathers through parenting workshops and father-son activities, creating opportunities for quality time between parents and children to alleviate the pressures of everyday life.
